NOTORIOUS CUSTOMS
CUSTOM FABRICATION.
One-off automotive fabrication and custom metalwork built around your vehicle, your project and the result you want to achieve.
WHEN OFF-THE-SHELF ISN'T ENOUGH
IF IT DOESN'T EXIST, WE BUILD IT.
Custom cars rarely go together exactly as planned. Parts don't always fit, factory panels don't always suit the direction of the build and sometimes the right solution simply isn't available.

Notorious Customs provides custom automotive fabrication for restorations, modified vehicles and complete builds where one-off work is required to make the finished car come together properly.
Custom Automotive Fabrication
BUILT TO SUIT THE CAR
THE CAR SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FIT THE PART.
Fabrication gives us the ability to solve problems properly instead of compromising the direction of the build.
Whether that means modifying an existing section, creating a new panel, repairing something no longer available or producing a one-off solution, the work is tailored to the vehicle.
The goal is always the same — make the modification look and function like it belongs on the car.
FABRICATION SERVICES
CUSTOM WORK FOR CUSTOM CARS.
Fabrication can be carried out as part of a restoration, an unfinished project or a complete Notorious Customs build.
CUSTOM METALWORK
One-off metalwork can be created where factory or replacement parts are unavailable or unsuitable for the build.
BODY MODIFICATIONS
Existing body sections can be modified to suit the stance, proportions and overall direction of the vehicle.
RUST SECTION REPAIR
Rusted sections can be cut out and repaired with fabricated replacement sections as part of restoration work.
PANEL REWORK
Existing panels can be reshaped, modified or reworked where the original form no longer suits the project.
ONE-OFF SOLUTIONS
Custom solutions can be developed for unusual fitment, clearance, mounting and bodywork challenges.
BUILD INTEGRATION
Fabrication can be coordinated with bodywork, restoration and paint so each stage of the project works together.
CLASSIC CAR FABRICATION
WHEN REPLACEMENT PANELS DON'T EXIST.
Older vehicles often need more than bolt-on replacement parts.
Rust, previous repairs, discontinued panels and decades of use can leave areas that need to be recreated rather than simply replaced.
Fabrication allows damaged sections to be rebuilt properly while keeping the shape and character of the original vehicle where required.

CUSTOM BUILDS
MODIFY WITH PURPOSE.
Custom fabrication should improve the vehicle, not make it look like modifications were added as an afterthought. The best work blends into the overall build and supports the final design.

The solution is planned around fitment, appearance and the intended result.
03
FABRICATE
The required section or modification is fabricated to suit the vehicle.
04
FIT & REFINE
Fitment and shape are refined so the fabricated work integrates properly.
05
FINISH
The fabrication is prepared for the next stage of bodywork or finishing.

EXISTING PROJECTS
ALREADY BEEN STARTED?
We can also look at fabrication work that has already been started elsewhere.
The existing work would need to be assessed first so we can determine what can be retained, what needs refining and whether anything needs to be redone.
The priority is getting the project moving forward properly.
FABRICATION FAQ
COMMON QUESTIONS.
DO YOU DO ONE-OFF FABRICATION?
Yes. Custom one-off solutions can be discussed where the work fits within the scope of the vehicle or build.
CAN YOU FABRICATE REPLACEMENT SECTIONS FOR OLD CARS?
Yes. Where replacement panels or sections are unavailable, custom repair sections may be fabricated as part of restoration work.
CAN YOU MODIFY EXISTING BODY PANELS?
Yes. Existing panels can be modified where required to suit the design and direction of the project.
CAN YOU TAKE OVER FABRICATION STARTED BY ANOTHER SHOP?
Potentially. Existing work would need to be inspected before we can determine the best way forward.
