| 01 ENQUIRY You tell us what the vehicle is, what has already been done and where you want the project to go. | 02 ASSESSMENT We review the current condition of the car, previous work and the likely scope of the project. | 03 PLANNING The direction, scope and main stages of the build are worked through before major work begins. | 04 TEARDOWN The vehicle is stripped as required so the real condition of the project can be exposed and assessed. |
| 05 BARE METAL Where required, old coatings and previous repairs are removed to reveal rust, damage and hidden problem areas. | 06 REPAIR & FABRICATION Rust repair, structural repair, panel reconstruction and custom fabrication are completed before the body moves forward. | 07 PANEL & BODYWORK Panel fit, gaps, body lines and overall shape are refined so the car is ready for proper preparation. | 08 PREPARATION The body is prepared to the standard required for the final paint and finish. |
| 09 PAINT & REFINISHING Once the body is ready, the vehicle moves through the chosen refinishing process and final colour direction. | 10 FINAL FINISH The final stages bring the complete build together so the vehicle leaves looking intentional, finished and ready for its next chapter. |
| WHY IT MATTERS EACH STAGE AFFECTS THE NEXT. Poor decisions early in a project can create bigger problems later. Fabrication can affect panel fit. Panel fit affects preparation. Preparation affects paint. Paint affects final presentation. By thinking about the full build from the beginning, we can make each stage support the finished result instead of fighting against it. | STRIP ↓ REPAIR & FABRICATE ↓ PANEL & PREP ↓ PAINT ↓ FINAL FINISH |
